Build a town of tiny engines that work together in this synergy filled turn based city builder. Add new buildings to your town as you strive to meet the ever-increasing demands of the queen. Each turn you earn gold not just from the building built, but everything built before.

Inspired by the likes of Islanders and Luck be a Landlord, Tiny Towns started from the idea of, "what if you made a deckbuilder where instead of building a deck of cards, you were building a town?"

  • Build a different town each time, as you make do with what you are offered.
  • Construct housing, agriculture, industry, commerce, and military structures.
  • Gain items to passively boost your town.
  • Use rerolls, removes, and triggers to strategically manipulate events in your favor.
  • Play 4 different islands of increasing difficulty.

This is a free prototype, and is designed to give an idea of what the game could be. It's not fully featured and probably has some bugs.

If you like this, please let us know so we can decide whether to pursue it as a larger game.

The whole game can be played with the mouse:

  • LMB to select and place buildings. LMB on existing buildings to examine.
  • RMB to cancel.
  • Hover over existing buildings to show ranges.

  • Music by Steven Melin

Just finished the first island! Really fun so far (and great music). One thing that would be nice would be a way to highlight existing buildings of a given type. Say I'm building a hunting lodge, and I click on the apple orchard symbol, it would be so helpful for all already built orchards to blink or something on the map. When your town starts getting really dense it can become difficult to parse quickly

Thanks so much! And that's a good idea, I got so good at parsing it through playing it so much that it didn't occur to me

Lovely game. Really nice progression and finding the synergies between all the towns, farms and craftsman was a lot of fun :) 5/5

Thank you <3
